Overview
This is a multi-drug topical compound designed to provide localized pain relief by combining NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, neuropathic pain relievers, and anesthetics. It is commonly used for neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal pain, and chronic pain conditions where a combination approach is necessary.

Mechanism of Action
• Diclofenac (3%) & Ketoprofen (10%): NSAIDs that reduce inflammation and pain by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production.
• Baclofen (2%): A muscle relaxant that works on GABA-B receptors in the spinal cord to reduce muscle spasticity.
• Gabapentin (6%): A neuropathic pain reliever that decreases abnormal nerve firing by inhibiting calcium channels.
• Cyclobenzaprine (2%): A muscle relaxant that acts on the brainstem to reduce muscle tightness.
• Lidocaine (20%): A local anesthetic that blocks sodium channels, preventing pain signal transmission.
